We have a policy of only presenting food to our catering clients that we have made ourselves and prepared exclusively to your requirements.

From weddings to large outdoor events, corporate functions to cocktail parties, or an intimate dinner party in your own home, Milnes of Mudgee will work seamlessly and consistently to make your event a triumph – whatever the challenge. 

We also produce a selection of gourmet items to enhance your culinary skills and we have had special success with our unique White Caramelised Balsamics (infused with Thyme; infused with Coriander, Garlic & Lemon; and infused with Ginger, Kaffir Lime & Lemongrass) and two ‘Dark’ balsamics (infused with Rosemary, or with Fig and Spices).
